Offer 3: Booked Jobs Engine

For tree companies with crews ready for more work: paid leads that turn into booked jobs

Google Local Services Ads and Google Ads, set up and managed. Landing pages, call tracking and fast follow-up on every lead, so no paid lead is wasted. Every week you see what each booked job cost.

From $1,750 a month plus ad spend.

What you get every week

  • Ad spend
  • Leads and cost per lead
  • Estimates booked
  • Jobs booked
  • Cost per booked job, with and without our fee

No promised lead counts. Real numbers, every week.

The problem with paid leads

Most ad money is lost after the click

Buying leads is the easy part. The waste happens between the click and the job on your calendar.

01

Clicks that never turn into calls

Ads that send people to a slow home page, a wrong service, or a town you do not work in. You pay for the click either way.

02

Calls that ring out

Invoca found that about 27% of calls to home-service businesses go unanswered, and under 3% of those callers leave a voicemail. On paid leads, that is money you already spent.

03

Slow replies to forms and messages

A homeowner who fills in a form usually asks two or three companies. The first one to reply often gets the visit. A reply the next morning is late.

04

No idea what a job really costs

Google shows clicks and leads. It does not know which of those leads became a job on your schedule. Without that, you cannot tell if the ads pay.

How the engine works

Seven parts, in this order

The order matters. We fix the leak before we turn on the tap.

  1. Catch every lead first

Before we spend a dollar on ads, the Never-Miss system goes live: missed-call text-back in 30 seconds, AI receptionist, lead inbox, online booking. No paid lead is wasted on a phone that rings out.

  2. Set up Google Local Services Ads

We set up and manage your Local Services Ads profile: services, service area, hours, budget and the Google screening steps. We dispute leads that do not fit (spam, wrong service) where Google allows it.

  3. Add Google Ads where it fits

Search campaigns for the jobs you want most, like removals or storm work, in the towns you choose. Tight keywords, negative keywords, a budget cap you set.

  4. Landing pages per service

Each ad goes to a fast page for that exact service and area, with click-to-call, a short form and your booking link. Not your home page.

  5. Call tracking

Tracking numbers show which ad, keyword and page each call came from. Calls ring through to you as normal.

  6. Speed-to-lead follow-up

Every form, message and missed call gets a reply in minutes, then polite follow-ups. Leads land in one inbox on your phone with the source attached.

  7. Weekly numbers

Every week: ad spend, leads, cost per lead, estimates booked, jobs booked, cost per booked job. You mark which estimates you won; we do the math.

Step 1 is the Never-Miss-A-Job System. See all our services.

Example

Cost per booked job, worked out

Example only. Oak & Pine Tree Service is a made-up company and these are made-up numbers, chosen to show the math. They are not a forecast and not what your market costs. Put your own numbers into the tools below.

Example: Oak & Pine Tree Service, one month

Ad spend (example)
$2,000
Paid leads (example)
40
Cost per lead: $2,000 ÷ 40
$50
Estimates booked: 40 leads × 40% (example rate)
16
Jobs booked: 16 estimates × 50% won (example rate)
8
Cost per booked job (ad spend): $2,000 ÷ 8
$250
With our fee: ($2,000 + $1,750) ÷ 8
$469

Same example, if 10 leads never get a reply

Same spend, same rates. Only 30 of the 40 leads are reached: 30 × 40% = 12 estimates, × 50% = 6 jobs.

Cost per booked job: $2,000 ÷ 6 = $333 on ad spend, or $625 with our fee.

That is why the engine starts with fast follow-up. Every unreached lead makes every booked job cost more.

The formula in plain words: cost per booked job = ad spend ÷ jobs from paid leads that made it onto your schedule. Try it with your numbers in the LSA budget planner and the lead cost estimator.

Be honest with yourself

Who this is not for

Your crews are already booked out

If you cannot take more work in the next few weeks, ads only create leads you have to turn away. Start with the Never-Miss system and come back when you have room.

You have no budget for ad spend

Ad spend is paid to Google on top of our fee. If you cannot set aside a monthly ad budget for at least three months, this is not the right step yet.

You want a promise of a set number of leads

Nobody honest can promise lead counts from Google. Prices per lead change by market, season and competition. We promise the work and a clear weekly report.

You will not answer or follow up

The system answers and books for you, but someone still has to show up and quote. If estimates sit for a week, paid leads go cold.

The process

  1. Week 0Free audit. We look at your Google profile, website, reviews and how fast you answer. We tell you if ads make sense yet.
  2. Week 1Kickoff call. Services, towns, job values, crew capacity, budget. The Never-Miss system goes live first.
  3. Weeks 1 to 3Local Services Ads setup and Google screening (timing depends on Google). Landing pages and call tracking built. Google Ads campaigns built.
  4. LaunchAds go live at the budget you set. We watch search terms and leads daily in the first weeks.
  5. Every weekYour cost per booked job report. We cut what does not book and move budget to what does.
  6. Every monthShort call: what booked, what did not, what to change next month.

Your time: a kickoff call, a few approvals in week one, and marking which estimates you won each week.

Questions

What does the Booked Jobs Engine cost?

From $1,750 a month plus ad spend. Ad spend is paid to Google directly, on your own card, so you can see every dollar. No long contract. Cancel with 30 days' notice.

How much should I spend on ads?

It depends on your market, your services and how much work your crews can take. Use our free LSA budget planner and lead cost estimator with your own numbers, then we set a starting budget together on the kickoff call. You can change it any time.

Do you guarantee a number of leads or jobs?

No. Google sets the price per lead and it changes with season and competition, so nobody honest can promise lead counts. We promise the setup, the daily care, fast follow-up on every lead and a clear weekly report of what each booked job cost.

What is cost per booked job?

Ad spend for the period divided by the number of jobs from paid leads that ended up on your schedule. We also show it with our fee included, so you see the full cost.

What is the difference between Local Services Ads and Google Ads?

Local Services Ads show at the very top of Google with a Google screening badge, and you pay per lead. Google Ads are search ads where you usually pay per click. Many tree companies start with Local Services Ads and add Google Ads for the jobs they want most.

Why do you set up the Never-Miss system first?

Because a paid lead that rings out or waits a day for a reply is money gone. Text-back in 30 seconds, the AI receptionist and fast follow-up make sure every lead you pay for gets an answer.

Is the Never-Miss system included?

The speed-to-lead follow-up for paid leads is part of the engine. If you want the full system for all your calls (website, reviews, Google profile tune-up), that is the Core plan at $497 a month. We will tell you on the audit call which mix fits.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. The Google accounts are in your business name, paid with your card. We get manager access. If you leave, you keep everything.

How long until I see booked jobs?

Local Services Ads need Google screening first, which can take a few weeks and depends on Google. Google Ads can start sooner. Plan on the first month for learning and cleanup, and judge the engine on months two and three.

Is there a long contract?

No long contract. Cancel with 30 days' notice. Ad spend stops the day you pause the campaigns.

Do you have case studies for this?

Not yet. Lirevon has no tree-service clients yet; our first case studies are planned for December 2026. That is why every number on this page is labelled as an example, and why the weekly report shows you the real numbers.
