The 60-day refund applies to the setup fee. It needs you to do your part: forward your calls, approve the texts in week one, and share the jobs you book. In return, founding clients give us a case study and a short video testimonial.

Questions
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number. We add a second line that catches the calls you miss and sends the text. Your customers still call the number on your truck.
Is texting customers legal?
Yes, when the person contacted you first and can opt out. A missed caller has reached out to you, and every text has a STOP option. We also register your business for business texting with the carriers (called A2P registration). It takes 3 to 7 business days and we do the paperwork.
What if I already have a website?
We keep it if it is fast and works on a phone. If it is slow or hard to use, we build a simple 5-page site that loads in under 2 seconds. Either way, the text-back and follow-up work with any site.
How fast is setup?
7 days from the kickoff call. Most of that is waiting on the carrier registration. You spend about 90 minutes in total: one kickoff call, one message review, one check-in.
Is there a contract?
No long contract. Month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice. You own your website, your number, your reviews and your customer list.
Who does the work?
Umair Nawaz, the founder, runs your account and does the first audit himself. A small remote team builds and monitors the system. Calls with you happen in US business hours.
Do you work with my competitor in my city?
No. One tree company per metro area. If your area is taken, we tell you on the first call.
