Text messaging policy

Last updated October 24, 2026. This page also serves as the SMS program description for carrier registration (A2P 10DLC).

Who sends the texts

Lirevon sets up and operates text messaging for US tree service companies (our clients). Texts are sent from each client's own business number, in the client's name. Lirevon itself texts only people who contacted us first about our services.

Who receives texts, and why

  • Missed callers: if you call a client's business and the call is not answered, you receive one text from that business offering to help by text and giving a link to book an estimate.
  • People who texted or filled in a form: you receive replies to your message and, if you go quiet, at most two follow-up texts.
  • Customers: after a job you may receive a request to leave a review, with at most one reminder, and at most one seasonal message per quarter.

Nobody receives marketing texts without having contacted the business first. We do not buy lists and we do not send cold texts.

Message frequency

Varies by conversation. Typically one text after a missed call, up to two follow-ups, one review request with one reminder, and no more than four seasonal messages a year to past customers. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that business. You will get one confirmation text and nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@lirevon.com.

Privacy

Phone numbers and message content are used only to respond to you and to run the service for the business you contacted. They are stored in the business's inbox (the Lirevon Console) and with the telephone carrier used to send the message. They are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing. See the privacy policy.

Compliance

Every client number is registered for business texting (A2P 10DLC) with the US carriers before it sends at volume. Texts are sent only to people who have contacted the business, include a way to opt out, and follow the TCPA and the CTIA messaging principles. This page is a plain-English summary, not legal advice.
