Marketing for emergency and storm work companies

The week the phone never stops, and the week most jobs are lost to a full voicemail.

After a storm, every tree company in the metro is full and every homeowner is calling. Lines ring out, voicemails fill, and the jobs go to whoever replies first. A crew cannot answer the phone during the busiest week of the year, but a text can go out to every missed caller and sort the emergencies from the rest.

  • “24 hour tree removal”
  • “storm damage tree removal”
  • “tree on house”
  • “tree fell on my house”
  • “storm cleanup tree service”

What we set up for emergency and storm work

  1. 1

A storm-mode missed-call text: ask for a photo and the address, say when you can come, and give the booking link for non-urgent work.

  2. 2

A triage inbox watched on US hours, so a tree on a house is called back first.

  3. 3

A "we are full until" message you can switch on from your phone, so people stop waiting for a call that will not come.

  4. 4

An emergency page on the site that is honest about hours and response times, with click-to-call at the top.

  5. 5

A short checklist text for callers: stay clear of lines, take a photo from a safe spot, and send the address.

  6. 6

A post-storm follow-up that goes to everyone who texted, once the rush is over.

All of it is part of the Never-Miss-A-Job System, Core plan, live in 7 days.

Questions

Can you make us 24/7?

No, and we will not pretend to. The system answers every missed call by text within 30 seconds at any hour, and tells the caller honestly when a person will ring back. Your site says the same.

What happens to the non-emergencies?

They get the booking link and a follow-up two days later. When the storm rush ends you still have them in the inbox, which is the work that keeps the crew busy in week two.

Do you set prices for storm work?

No. Your pricing is yours. The text can say you will quote on site, or give your emergency rate if you choose to share one.

What if two storms hit in a row?

The "we are full until" message can be switched on or off from your phone as often as you like.

Will callers get a text if they call after midnight?

Yes. The text goes out at any hour and says honestly when a person will call back.

What do you do about power lines?

The text tells people to stay away from anything touching a line and to call the utility or 911 if there is danger. We never tell someone a job is safe to approach.

Can the system tell real emergencies from routine calls?

It asks. The reply to the first text sorts people into a tree on a structure, a road blocked, or routine work, and you see the order in the inbox.

Is this useful outside storm season?

Yes. The same missed-call text, booking page and review requests run all year. Storm mode is a setting you switch on when you need it.
