Terms of service

These terms cover the use of lirevon.com and the services Lirevon ("we", "us") provides to clients. Signing a service agreement or paying a setup fee means you accept them. Where a signed agreement says something different, the signed agreement wins.

Using this website

The content on this site is for information. Prices and features may change; the price you pay is the one in your signed agreement. Calculators and demos give estimates and simulations, not promises of results.

What we deliver

The Never-Miss-A-Job System includes the services listed on the pricing page for the plan you choose: setup of a missed-call text-back and follow-up system on your business number, an online booking page, review requests, a website or website tune-up, a Google Business Profile tune-up, monitoring, and a monthly report. Growth adds local SEO work and short videos. Ad management is a separate plan.

What you must do

• Give us access to your phone forwarding, website, Google Business Profile and any accounts needed for setup.
• Approve the text message templates within 5 business days.
• Provide the business details needed for carrier text registration (A2P). Carrier approval times are outside our control.
• Tell us which estimates were booked so we can report honestly.

What you own

You own your website, your domain, your phone numbers, your reviews, your customer and lead data, and the content we create for you, once paid for. If you leave, we hand everything over within 10 business days. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

The guarantee

If it doesn't bring you 3 extra booked estimates in 60 days, we refund your setup fee. The 60-day refund applies to the setup fee. It needs you to do your part: forward your calls, approve the texts in week one, and share the jobs you book. In return, founding clients give us a case study and a short video testimonial. The refund covers the setup fee only, not monthly fees or third-party costs. To claim it, email us within 10 days after day 60.

Billing and cancellation

• The setup fee is due before work starts. Monthly fees are billed in advance on the same date each month.
• No long contract. Cancel with 30 days' notice. Cancel by email. Service continues until the end of the notice period.
• Third-party costs (phone carrier fees, text registration fees, ad spend) are billed at cost.
• Late payments may pause the service after 7 days' notice.

Text messaging rules

Our system sends texts only to people who contacted your business (a missed call, a form, a text) or who are existing customers, and every text includes a way to opt out. You agree not to use the system to send unsolicited marketing texts, and to follow the TCPA and carrier rules. We register your business for A2P texting on your behalf using the details you provide.

Limits

We work hard and we are honest about results, but we cannot control Google, phone carriers, your competitors or the weather. Beyond the guarantee above, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Exclusivity

We work with one tree service company per metro area while you are a client.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be resolved in its courts, unless your signed agreement says otherwise. This clause will be updated when our US LLC formation is complete.
