Privacy policy

Lirevon ("we", "us") provides marketing services to tree service companies in the United States. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect on lirevon.com and through our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Information you give us: name, company name, phone number, email, website, city and state, and anything you type into a form or send us by email or text.
• Information collected automatically: we use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool we host ourselves. It records page views and general device and browser information. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
• Our own visit counter: a small first-party script on this site keeps one random, anonymous ID in your browser's local storage (no cookie) and sends our own server the pages you view, the site that referred you (such as a search engine or an AI assistant), campaign tags in the link, whether you are on a phone-sized screen, your browser language, how long each page was open, which of our free tools you used, and whether you sent a form. It does not store your IP address, does not use fingerprinting, does not follow you to other websites, and we do not sell or share this data. If you send a form, the random ID is linked to your request so we can see which pages you read first. The script sends nothing if your browser has Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control turned on. To remove the ID, clear this site's data in your browser settings. Details are in our cookie policy.
• Information from our services: if you are a client, our system handles calls, texts and booking details for your business. That data belongs to you.

How we use it

• To reply to your request, send you the audit you asked for, and book calls.
• To run the services you pay for, such as missed-call text-back, follow-up and review requests.
• To improve the website and our services.
• To send occasional emails about our services. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers we need to operate (hosting, email, phone and text delivery, scheduling), and only for that purpose.

Text messaging (SMS) consent

By submitting a form on this site and ticking the consent box, you agree to receive calls, emails and text messages from Lirevon about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. We do not share your phone number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.

If you are a customer of one of our clients and you receive a text after calling or contacting that business, the message is sent on that business's behalf because you contacted them. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that business.

Where your data is kept

Our systems run on servers in Germany (our own virtual server) and with US-based providers for email, phone and scheduling. Our team works remotely, outside the United States, during US hours, and accesses data only to provide the services. We use encryption in transit, key-only server access and daily backups.

How long we keep it

Audit requests and contact messages: up to 24 months. Visit counter data (random ID, pages, sources, time on page): up to 24 months. Client data: for the length of the contract plus 90 days, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires longer.

Your choices

• Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it: email hello@lirevon.com.
• Turn off our visit counter: switch on Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser, or clear this site's data to remove the random ID.
• Opt out of texts: reply STOP. Opt out of emails: use the unsubscribe link or email us.
• Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have the rights those laws give them. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
