How the score works

  1. Points per answer: the first answer in each list is 0 points, the last is 3 points.
  2. Overall score = your points ÷ 36 × 100, rounded.
  3. Area score = the points from that area's 2 questions ÷ 6 × 100.
  4. Weakest areas = the 3 areas with the lowest scores. On a tie, the area listed first in the quiz comes first.
  5. Bands: under 40 is "lots of room to grow", 40 to 69 is "a good base with clear gaps", 70 and up is "strong habits". These are our own labels, not an industry standard.

The six areas link to these guides: missed calls, Google Business Profile, reviews, websites, follow-up and pricing. Start with the full tree service marketing guide or the free 7-lesson course.

Questions about the marketing score

What does the marketing score measure?

It measures how well your daily habits turn calls and searches into booked jobs, across six areas: phones, Google Business Profile, reviews, website, lead follow-up and pricing. It is a self-check from your own answers, not a professional assessment.

How is the score worked out?

Each of the 12 answers is worth 0, 1, 2 or 3 points. We add your points, divide by 36 and show it out of 100. Each area has 2 questions, so its score is its points out of 6, shown out of 100.

What is a good score?

There is no official standard. Use the score to compare yourself with yourself. Take the quiz again in a month or two after you fix your weakest area and see if it moves.

Why does the quiz ask about pricing?

Marketing brings calls, but a job priced below your costs loses money even when it is booked. Good marketing and good pricing work together.

Is my answer data sent to Lirevon?

No. The score is worked out in your browser. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else. If you share your result, the answers travel only inside the link you share.

How do I share my result?

After you see your score, use Copy share link. The link holds your 12 answers after the # sign. Anyone who opens it sees the same score. Start over clears it.

I scored low on phones. Where do I start?

Start with your missed calls. Try the answer rate test to see how many calls you really miss, then read the missed calls guide. A missed-call text-back is usually the fastest fix.

How is this different from the free audit?

The quiz is a quick self-check based on what you tell it. In the free audit, a person on our team looks at your real Google profile, reviews and website and sends you notes you can act on.

Can I take the quiz more than once?

Yes, as often as you like. Press Start over to clear your answers.
