Marketing for tree trimming and pruning companies

Repeat work that fills the calendar between removals, if the customer remembers you.

Trimming is planned work. The homeowner is not panicking, so they shop: they look at your reviews, open your website on their phone, and want to book a time without a phone call. In our October 2026 check of 4,108 tree-company websites, 93% had no online booking.

What we set up for tree trimming and pruning

  1. 1

An online booking page for trimming estimates, linked from the site, the Google profile and every text.

  2. 2

A quarterly reactivation text to past customers: a seasonal trim reminder, nothing more.

  3. 3

A trimming and pruning page with the services you actually offer: crown cleaning, reduction, deadwooding, clearance from roofs and lines.

  4. 4

Review requests after every trim, which is where the repeat and referral work comes from.

  5. 5

A yearly "book your trim" schedule you can edit, so repeat customers hear from you before they search for someone else.

  6. 6

A short quote form on the trimming page that asks for the tree type, height and address, so you can price faster.

All of it is part of the Never-Miss-A-Job System, Core plan, live in 7 days.

Questions

Is texting past customers allowed?

Usually yes, when they were your customers and can opt out. This is a short explanation, not legal advice. Every text has a STOP line, and we send at most one seasonal reminder a quarter.

Can the booking page show my real availability?

It uses the hours you set and the slots you keep open. You confirm each booking, so nothing is promised that you cannot do.

Do I need a booking page if I already take calls?

The calls still work. The page catches people who would rather book at night or from their phone than call, and who may leave if there is no other option.

How do you pick which past customers get a text?

You tell us who to include, from your own customer list. We send only to people who were your customers, and each text has a STOP line.

Can I offer different trim services at different prices?

Yes. The page and booking form list each service you offer. Prices are optional and always your wording.

What do the review requests say?

A short, polite message with a link to your Google profile, sent after the job. We never write the review for the customer and never offer a reward for one.

What if a trim customer actually needs a removal?

The estimate visit covers it. Your notes in the console show what you found, and a removal quote goes into the same pipeline.

How long until the booking page is live?

The Core plan goes live in 7 days. The booking page is part of that, using the hours you give us.
