- Download CSV for a spreadsheet, or TXT for plain text. The files are made in your browser.
- "Print a blank copy" gives you a form with your company name on it for the clipboard.
- Copy-ready templates give you wording to paste into a text, an email or a print order.
Questions people ask
Are these templates really free?
Yes. Every template is free to use as often as you like. There is no sign-up, no card and no trial.
Do I need an account?
No. Open a template, fill it in, then print it or download it. There is nothing to log in to.
Where is my work saved?
In your browser on the device you used. Nothing is sent to Lirevon. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, it is gone, so download or print what you need.
Can I open the downloads in Excel or Google Sheets?
Yes. The CSV files open in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers, with one row per field. The TXT files are plain text you can paste into an email or a text message.
Can I put my company name on them?
Yes. Type your company name and phone at the top of a fill-in template and they print in the header of every page, including blank copies for the truck.
Are these legal contracts?
No. They are planning sheets and wording you can adapt. They are not legal advice. If you need contract terms, have a local attorney check them.
Which template should I start with?
Start with the on-site estimate form and the job ticket. Together they cover the visit and the work day. Before storm season, add the storm response plan.
