Questions people ask
Why compare options instead of just selling the system?
Because owners choose better when they see the trade-offs. We sell one of these options, so each page shows rough cost ranges and says what every choice cannot do.
What is the cheapest way to handle missed calls?
A voicemail greeting is usually free or very low cost, but under 3% of callers leave a message (Invoca). A text-back, an AI receptionist or a live answering service costs more and catches more.
What is the difference between a text-back and an AI receptionist?
A missed-call text-back sends a text to the caller, usually within about 30 seconds. An AI receptionist answers the call by voice, asks what is needed and books the estimate. Lirevon Core includes both.
Is a live answering service better than an AI receptionist?
Neither wins for everyone. A live service gives a human voice, which helps with upset or emergency callers. An AI answers every hour at a flat price and can book estimates.
Should a tree company use Local Services Ads or Google search ads?
It depends on your market and goals. Local Services Ads are usually paid per lead and are simple. Search ads are usually paid per click and give more control. Either way, answer the phone.
Do I need a custom website or is a website builder enough?
A builder can be enough if you have the time and keep the site fast and clear. A custom site costs more but is built for phone speed and bookings, and someone else does the work.
Can I do all of this myself?
Yes, many owners can. The hard parts are business texting registration, keeping follow-ups working and finding the time. Our free tools and guides explain many of the steps.
Are the costs on these pages exact?
No. Costs for other providers are rough ranges, not quotes, and they change. Ask each provider for a current quote. Lirevon prices come from our pricing page.
