The problem

Why good tree companies don't show up on the map

It is rarely about the quality of your work. It is about what Google can see. These are the gaps that most often hold a listing back.

01

Google does not know where you work

Most tree company sites have one "Services" page and one line that says "serving the area." Google needs a real page for each service and each town you want calls from. No page, no reason to show you there.

02

The profile is half empty

Wrong or missing categories, no services listed, old photos, no posts, no answered questions. Google ranks local results on relevance, distance and prominence. An empty profile is low on relevance before anyone even reads it.

03

Reviews come in bursts, then stop

A few reviews after a good month, then nothing for a season. The companies at the top of the map tend to ask after every job, so their count and their recent reviews keep growing.

04

Nothing new is happening

No new photos, no posts, no videos of real jobs. A profile that looks the same for a year gives homeowners and Google little to go on.

05

The calls that do come in leak

Even when you rank, a missed call while the crew is in a tree is a job handed to the next listing. More visibility without a way to catch every lead just means more missed calls.

Our own data

What the map looks like right now

From our October 2026 check of 6,842 tree companies in 50 states (data as of October 26, 2026). A snapshot of real Google Maps listings, not a national study. No company is named.

median Google reviews per company

28%
average Google rating
4.8

21%

A high rating is normal

With an average of 4.8 stars, a good rating does not set you apart. What differs is how many reviews you have, how recent they are and how complete the rest of your listing is.

Most sites cannot book or text

Of the 4,108 websites we tested, 92% gave no way to text and 93% had no online booking. Ranking is half of it; the other half is making it easy to say yes.

What we do

The work, week after week

Local search rewards steady work, not one big push. So the plan is a rhythm that never stops. Each part has its own page: Google profile, websites, reviews, all services.

01

Google Business Profile management

A new post every week, fresh job photos, questions answered, services and service areas kept current. We watch the profile for unwanted edits.

02

Local SEO: service and city pages

Real pages for the services you want more of and the towns you want to win, written for homeowners first. Each one has your reviews, your photos and a click-to-call button.

03

Review growth plan

Review requests after every job, a reply to every review, and a monthly check on how your count and recent reviews compare with the companies around you.

04

8 short videos a month

Your crew films clips on a phone. We edit them into short videos with captions for your Google profile and social pages. Real jobs, your trucks, your people.

05

Website work

Your fast website keeps growing: new pages, better titles, internal links between services and towns, and speed checks so it stays quick on a phone.

06

Monthly strategy call

One call a month with the plain-English report: what we did, what moved, which towns and services come next. You decide; we do the work.

Plus everything in Never-Miss

More calls only help if you catch them

The full Never-Miss-A-Job System ($497/month on its own) is included.

  • Missed-call text-back in 30 seconds
  • AI receptionist with custom scripts, Spanish and call recordings
  • Lead inbox on your phone and online booking
  • Review requests after every job
  • Fast 5-page website or landing page, then grown with city pages
  • Monthly report in plain English

The first 90 days

What you get in 30, 60 and 90 days

These are the things we do, not rankings we promise. Every month you see the work and the numbers side by side.

  1. Days 1 to 30

    Foundation

    • Never-Miss-A-Job System set up and live within 7 days, so new calls are caught from the start.
    • Full Google Business Profile fix: categories, services, service areas, description, photos.
    • We agree the list of towns and services to go after, using your job history and our keyword planner.
    • First service and city pages written and published. Review requests switched on.
    • First short videos edited from your crew clips.
  2. Days 31 to 60

    Build

    • More city and service pages, one town at a time, in the order we agreed.
    • Weekly profile posts and photos keep going. Every new review gets a reply.
    • Business name, service area and phone checked for consistency on the main directories.
    • Second strategy call: what is getting views and calls, what to change.
  3. Days 61 to 90

    Review and expand

    • We read your Google Search Console and profile numbers: searches, views, calls, direction requests.
    • Pages that get views but few calls get rewritten. Towns that respond get more pages.
    • Review count and recent reviews compared with the companies around you.
    • Plan for the next 90 days: new towns, new services, storm season prep if it applies.

Your time: the kickoff call, then a little each week for photos and clips, plus one call a month.

The price

One plan. One price.

Core plus the work that brings new calls: local SEO and short videos made from your crew's clips.

Our usual path: start with the Never-Miss-A-Job System and move up after 60 to 90 days of results. Compare every plan on the pricing page.

Not included: Ad spend. Google Local Services Ads and Google Ads management is a separate plan, from $1,750 a month plus ad spend. Phone carrier fees for your text-back number, about $5 to $15 a month, billed at cost. The one-time carrier fee for business text registration (A2P), billed at cost. We do the paperwork.

Be honest with yourself

Who this is not for

  • You want a promise of a #1 spot by a date. Nobody controls Google, and anyone who promises that is guessing.
  • Your crews are booked out for months and you cannot take more work. Fix capacity first; we will still be here.
  • You want ads that ring the phone this week. That is a different plan: the Booked Jobs Engine.
  • You will not send job photos or short clips. The weekly work needs real material from real jobs.
  • You are not a tree service company. We only work with tree companies.

How it starts

  2. 02 A 20-minute callWe go through the audit, agree on the towns and services that matter, and tell you honestly if Local Dominance is the right plan or not.
  3. 03 KickoffOne 45-minute call. You forward your calls, share photos and logins for your profile. We set up the system in 7 days.
  4. 04 Every monthWeekly profile work, new pages, reviews and videos, then the report and the strategy call. Cancel with 30 days notice.

Questions owners ask

Can you guarantee I will rank #1 on Google Maps?

No. Nobody controls Google results, and rankings change by the searcher’s location. We promise the work: weekly profile management, new pages, review growth and videos. We report what changed in plain numbers every month.

What does Local Dominance cost?

$997 a month plus a $997 setup fee. It is the Growth plan on our pricing page. No long contract. Cancel with 30 days' notice. Ad spend is not included.

How is this different from the Never-Miss-A-Job System?

Never-Miss catches every call and lead you already get. Local Dominance includes all of that, then adds the work that brings new calls from Google search and maps: profile management, city pages, review growth, short videos and a monthly strategy call.

How long until I see more calls from Google?

It depends on your town, your competition and where your profile starts. Local SEO is slow work that builds month after month. We show you searches, views and calls every month so you can see the trend for yourself.

Do I have to start with Never-Miss first?

That is the usual path. You start with the Never-Miss-A-Job System, and after 60 to 90 days of results move up to Local Dominance. If your call handling is already solid and you want to grow now, we can start with Local Dominance directly.

How many city pages do you build?

As many as make sense for the towns you actually work. We go one town at a time, in order of value to you, and every page is written for that town. We do not copy one page and swap the city name.

What do I need to do each week?

Send job photos and a few short phone clips from the crew, and mark jobs done so review requests go out. It takes a little time each week. The strategy call is once a month.

Do you run Google Ads or Local Services Ads in this plan?

No. Ad spend. Google Local Services Ads and Google Ads management is a separate plan, from $1,750 a month plus ad spend.

Will you work with my competitor down the road?

No. Lirevon takes one tree service company per metro area, so we are never working against you in the same market.

Who owns the website, pages and videos?

You do. Your Google profile stays in your name, and the pages and videos are yours to keep if you ever leave.

Do you have case studies?

Not yet. Lirevon is new to tree service, and our first case studies are due in December 2026. Until then we show you our own market data, our free tools and a free audit of your listing.
