Do you do land clearing or send us leads?
No. We do not clear land and we do not sell leads. We set up the system that answers your calls, texts back the ones you miss and follows up every quote you send. The jobs and the customers stay yours.
My clearing quotes take weeks to close. Does follow-up still help?
Yes, that is where it helps most. A buyer waiting on a bank or a builder forgets who quoted. A short, polite check-in at the right time keeps your name in front of them. You choose how often and when to stop.
Will the follow-up texts sound pushy?
You approve every message before it goes out. We write them to sound like a busy owner checking in, not a sales robot. Anyone can reply STOP and they will not get more texts.
What does the AI receptionist ask a land clearing caller?
The questions you give us. Many owners want the address, rough acres, what is growing there, access for machines, whether they are building, and when they need it done. Then it books a site walk or a call back.
Can it handle the slow months?
In slow months the follow-up list is worth more, not less. Old quotes that went quiet can get a short check-in when you have open days. The Core plan also includes a quarterly old-customer reactivation campaign.
Do you run ads for land clearing?
Not in the Core plan. Google Local Services Ads and Google Ads management is a separate plan for companies with crews ready for more work. A sound first step is to catch and follow up the calls you already get.

Not yet. Lirevon has no tree-service clients yet, and our first case studies are planned for December 2026. That is why the guarantee exists and why founding clients get the lower setup fee.
What is the guarantee?
If it doesn't bring you 3 extra booked estimates in 60 days, we refund your setup fee. The 60-day refund applies to the setup fee. It needs you to do your part: forward your calls, approve the texts in week one, and share the jobs you book. In return, founding clients give us a case study and a short video testimonial.
How much of my time does setup take?
About 90 minutes in total in the first week: the kickoff call, approving the messages and forwarding your calls. After that the system runs and we watch it.
