For tree service owners
How do I claim my Google Business Profile as a tree service?
Short answer
Search for your business on Google Maps, choose the option to claim it (or add it if it is missing), then complete the verification Google offers, such as a video, a phone code or a postcard. After that, fill in every section.

The longer answer
Search for your business name on Google Maps. If a listing already exists, use the claim or manage option. If it does not exist, add your business as a new profile.
Google will ask you to prove the business is yours. Depending on your case, that may be a short video of your trucks and signage, a phone code, an email code or a postcard sent to your address. The options you see can differ, so follow what Google shows you.
Once verified, complete every section: business name (your real name, with no extra keywords added), categories, services, service area, hours, phone number and a short honest description. Add real photos. Then keep the profile up to date and answer reviews.
A complete, accurate profile gives Google and customers more to trust. It does not guarantee a ranking.
