For tree service owners
How do I plan tree service marketing through the year?
Short answer
Match your marketing to your seasons. Push booking and prevention work before busy times, run review and follow-up campaigns in slower months, and prepare storm messages ahead. Write a simple one-page calendar and review it each month.

The longer answer
Marketing works best when it fits what customers need at that time.
Build around your seasons: before the busy period, remind past customers to book. During it, keep your phone answered and reply fast. In slow months, ask for reviews, update your website and profile, and reach out to past customers.
Tie topics to the calendar: pruning tips when pruning is timely, storm readiness before storm season, firewood and cleanup in the right months. Check our month pages for ideas.
Keep it small: choose two or three activities per month, such as a Google Business Profile post, a batch of review requests, and a follow-up to old quotes.
Track what happened: note which leads came from where, and drop what is not working.
Our promo calendar tool helps you fill in a year with your own dates.
