QuestionLirevonServiceTitan
What it is A done-for-you service. A team sets up and watches one system: missed-call text-back, AI receptionist, booking, review requests, a website and your Google Business Profile. Software you run yourself. It describes itself as software for commercial and residential trades. Source, checked 26 Oct 2026.
Main job Catch every caller and turn more calls into booked estimates. Run the business: dispatch, scheduling, call booking, invoicing, pricebook, estimates, payroll and reporting, depending on plan. Source, checked 26 Oct 2026.
Published price $497 a month plus $997 setup ($297 for the first 3 founding clients). Carrier fees at cost. No dollar prices published. Plans (Starter, Essentials, The Works) show "Request Pricing". The page says pricing is per technician. Source, checked 26 Oct 2026.
Answering missed calls Text-back in 30 seconds, plus an AI receptionist that answers what you miss and books the estimate (300 minutes a month included in Core). An AI Voice Agent can take all calls, overflow calls (after about 20 to 30 seconds) or after-hours calls. Contact Center Pro is labelled early access. Source, checked 26 Oct 2026.
Website and Google profile A 5-page fast website or landing page and a Google Business Profile tune-up are included. Lists marketing and customer experience features on its site. We did not find a website build included in the plans on the pricing page. Source, checked 26 Oct 2026.
Tree care focus Built only for tree service companies. Tree care is not listed as a trade on the home page. Landscaping and lawn care are listed, and its sister product Aspire serves landscape companies. Source, checked 26 Oct 2026.
Who does the work Our team sets it up in about 7 days and checks it every day. You approve texts and forward calls. Your team learns and runs the software. Prices are given when you request pricing. Source, checked 26 Oct 2026.
What it cannot do No dispatch, invoicing, payroll or job costing. No tree-service clients yet; first case studies planned for December 2026. It is software, not a done-for-you service, so you or your office run it day to day. Source, checked 26 Oct 2026.

Where each one fits

Where ServiceTitan is stronger

  • Running the whole office: dispatch, scheduling, invoicing, a pricebook, mobile estimates and payroll are listed in its plans. Lirevon does none of these.
  • Advanced reporting and commission tracking (listed in The Works plan), useful for teams with several technicians and an office.
  • Its AI Voice Agent works from your ServiceTitan data, and the Contact Center Pro page says it can book jobs based on your real capacity.
  • Many trades on one platform, plus a sister product (Aspire) with job costing and crew tracking for landscape companies.

Where Lirevon fits better

  • You run 1 to 5 crews and want calls caught and estimates booked, not a new office system to learn.
  • You want a price you can see before a sales call: $497 a month, no long contract, cancel with 30 days' notice.
  • You need a website, Google profile tune-up and review requests too, set up by one team.
  • You do your scheduling and invoicing on paper, in a simple app or in your head, and that works for now.

Lirevon has no tree-service clients yet. Our first case studies are planned for December 2026.

Not sure which problem costs you more? Our free audit looks at your calls, Google profile and website and tells you plainly. If job software is what you need, we will say so.

Questions people ask

Is Lirevon a ServiceTitan alternative?

Only in part. ServiceTitan is software for running jobs, dispatch, invoicing and payroll. Lirevon is a done-for-you system that catches calls, books estimates, asks for reviews and gives you a website. They solve different problems.

How much does ServiceTitan cost?

ServiceTitan does not publish dollar prices. Its pricing page lists three plans with a "Request Pricing" button and says pricing is per technician (checked 26 Oct 2026).

How much does Lirevon cost?

Core is $497 a month with $997 setup. The first 3 founding clients pay $297 setup. Phone carrier fees are billed at cost. See the pricing page.

Does ServiceTitan answer missed calls?

Yes. Its help docs say the AI Voice Agent can answer all calls, only overflow calls after about 20 to 30 seconds, or only after hours. The Contact Center Pro page is labelled early access (checked 26 Oct 2026).

Is ServiceTitan built for tree companies?

Tree care is not listed as a trade on its home page. Landscaping and lawn care are, and its sister product Aspire serves landscape companies (checked 26 Oct 2026). Ask them directly if tree work fits.

Can I use Lirevon and job software together?

Lirevon does not do dispatch, invoicing or payroll, so many owners will still want a job tool. Ask us in the free audit how leads would move from our inbox to the software you use.

Which is better for a 1 to 3 crew tree company?

It depends on the problem. If calls go unanswered while you are in a tree, Lirevon targets that. If scheduling and invoicing are the mess, job software targets that.

Do you have tree-service clients yet?

No. We are taking our first founding clients now, and our first case studies are planned for December 2026. We will not invent any.

Is there a long contract with Lirevon?

No. Cancel with 30 days' notice. The 60-day guarantee refunds the setup fee if the system does not bring 3 extra booked estimates, with conditions on the pricing page.
