For tree companies with no website

Your reviews deserve a site that books

You did the hard part: good work and happy customers. Now give the people who find you on Google a place to book, and a text back when you cannot pick up.

The problem

What happens when there is no website

01

Google sends the click somewhere else

A homeowner finds you on the map, likes your reviews and taps your listing. There is no website button, so they look at the next company, the one with photos, prices explained and a booking page.

02

Your reviews do half the work

Good reviews make people want to call. But many people want to check a website first: what you do, where you work, whether you are insured. Without one, some of them never call.

03

The phone is the only door

With no site, every lead has to reach you by phone while you are on a job. Invoca found about 27% of calls to home-service businesses go unanswered, and under 3% of those callers leave a voicemail.

From our data

The fix

A website that books estimates

The site is one part of the Never-Miss-A-Job System. See how each part works on our services page and the website service.

01

A fast 5-page website

Home, services, service area, reviews and contact. It loads fast on a phone and has a click-to-call button on every screen. Written in plain words, with your own job photos.

02

Online booking

A booking page for free estimates. The homeowner picks a time and it lands on your calendar. No phone tag.

03

Missed-call text-back

If you cannot pick up, the caller gets a text from your business number within 30 seconds, and the AI receptionist can answer and book the estimate.

04

Your reviews, put to work

Your best Google reviews on the site, a review request after every job, and a Google Business Profile tune-up so the website button finally points somewhere.

The process

From no site to booking in 7 days

  1. Day 1Kickoff call (45 minutes). We learn your services, towns, prices and voice. You send us your best job photos.
  2. Day 2We write the site words and the text-back messages. You approve them in about 10 minutes.
  3. Days 2 to 6We build the site and tune your Google profile. Carrier registration for business texting runs at the same time (3 to 7 business days).
  4. Day 7Live. The site is on your own domain, linked from Google, with booking and text-back switched on.
  5. Day 30First report: site visits, calls caught, estimates booked and reviews added.

Price and the honest part

The website comes with the Core plan: $497 a month. Setup is $997, or $297 for the first 3 founding clients. No long contract. Cancel with 30 days' notice. Every detail is on the pricing page.

If it doesn't bring you 3 extra booked estimates in 60 days, we refund your setup fee.

We are a remote team that works US hours. We have no tree-service clients yet, so there are no client sites to show. Our first case studies are planned for December 2026.

Questions owners ask

Do I really need a website if I have good Google reviews?

Reviews get people interested. A website helps them decide and book. Many homeowners want to see your services, your area and proof you are insured before they call. A simple site that books estimates turns those reviews into jobs instead of sending people to the next listing.

How many tree companies have no website?

In our check of 6,842 tree companies on Google Maps, finished October 26, 2026, 21% had no website listed. The numbers by state are on this page and on our open data page.

How long does it take to build the site?

The site goes live within 7 days of the kickoff call, together with booking and text-back. Business text registration with the carriers takes 3 to 7 business days and runs at the same time.

Do I own the website and the domain?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name and you own the words and photos. If you leave, you keep them.

What if I already have a cheap one-page site?

If it is fast and works on a phone, we may keep it and add booking and text-back. If it is slow or hard to use, we replace it with the 5-page site as part of the plan.

What do I need to give you?

About 90 minutes in the first week: the kickoff call, approving the words, and a folder of real job photos from your phone. We write everything else.

Can I just build a site myself?

Yes, and our free tools help. The service page outline builder gives you a title, headings and FAQ ideas for each service page, and the 30-second check scores your Google listing. What a DIY site usually lacks is booking, text-back and someone watching it.

How much does it cost?

The website is part of the Core plan at $497 a month. Setup is $997, or $297 for the first 3 founding clients. No long contract. Cancel with 30 days' notice.

Do you have examples of tree company sites you built?

We have no tree-service clients yet. Our first case studies are planned for December 2026. Any sample we show you is labelled as a demo, not a real client.

What is the guarantee?

If it doesn't bring you 3 extra booked estimates in 60 days, we refund your setup fee. The 60-day refund applies to the setup fee. It needs you to do your part: forward your calls, approve the texts in week one, and share the jobs you book. In return, founding clients give us a case study and a short video testimonial.
