For a 1 to 5 crew company, the parts that matter most are the CRM, estimates, scheduling, an offline crew app, invoicing and payments, QuickBooks sync, a GPS live job map and a customer portal where clients confirm estimates and pay invoices (features, help center, checked 26 Oct 2026).
Pricing is published: Starter (1 office license and 1 crew login) at US$149 a month billed yearly or US$199 monthly, Growing (2 office licenses and 3 crew logins) at US$249 yearly or US$332 monthly, and a custom Enterprise plan. - You want an AI receptionist to answer what you miss and book the estimate visit.
- You do not have a fast website, a tuned Google profile or a steady flow of reviews, and you want someone else to build and watch them.

Does ArboStar text back missed calls?
Its help center describes a VoIP Chrome extension that shows missed calls and voicemails, and its site says smart reminders text or email customers when a quote is idle. It also offers early access to RAI Receptionist, an AI assistant that receives leads by phone or chat. We did not find automatic missed-call text-back on the pages we checked on 26 Oct 2026. Does Lirevon do estimates, scheduling or invoicing?
