Question Lirevon SingleOps
What it is A done-for-you service plus system. A remote team sets up and watches missed-call text-back, an AI receptionist, booking, review requests, a website and your Google profile. Business management software from Granum, described on its site as built only for tree care companies. You run it yourself. Source
Main job Catch and book the calls and leads you already get, so fewer jobs go to the next company. Run the work: estimates and proposals, scheduling and routing, crew work orders, invoicing and payments, tree inventory. Source
Published price $497 a month plus $997 setup ($297 for the first 3 founding clients). Carrier fees at cost. Essential $220 a month ($200 billed yearly), Plus $385 ($350 yearly), Premier $550 ($500 yearly). Extra office or sales users cost more; crew users are free. No setup fee is listed. Source
Missed calls and phone answering Text-back within 30 seconds and an AI receptionist (300 minutes a month in Core) that books the estimate. We did not find missed-call text-back or call answering on their official site. Source
Texting customers Texts and follow-ups with new leads from the lead inbox on your phone. Help docs say texting is one-way, for alerts and reminders, and only tied to an existing job. Replies get an automatic message pointing to the office. Source
Online requests Online booking page on your website. A client portal Request Service form creates a lead, and you can link it from your website. Source
Website and Google profile 5-page fast website or landing page and a Google Business Profile tune-up are included. We did not find website building or Google profile work on their official site. Source
Who does the work Our team sets it up in about 7 days and watches it. You approve texts and share booked jobs. Your office does the work in the software. Their pricing page mentions a kickoff with an implementation specialist and 1:1 training. Source

Lirevon does not do any of these. If they are your main pain, software like SingleOps is the better first step.

Where Lirevon fits better

You miss calls on the job

Missed-call text-back within 30 seconds and an AI receptionist that books the estimate. Invoca reports that about 27% of calls to home-service businesses go unanswered, and under 3% of those callers leave a voicemail.

You want it done for you

A remote team that works US hours sets it up in about 7 days and watches it. You get one plain-English report each month instead of new software to learn.

Your website and Google profile need work

A fast 5-page website or landing page, a Google Business Profile tune-up and review requests after every job are part of Core.

Our honest limits

We do not do estimates, scheduling, work orders or invoicing. We have no tree-service clients yet; first case studies are planned for December 2026.

If it doesn't bring you 3 extra booked estimates in 60 days, we refund your setup fee. Conditions are on the pricing page. No long contract. Cancel with 30 days' notice.

Questions people ask

What is SingleOps?

It is business management software for tree care companies, sold by Granum. It covers estimates, scheduling, crew work orders, invoicing, payments and tree inventory (checked 26 Oct 2026, granum.com/singleops).

How much does SingleOps cost?

Its pricing page lists Essential at $220 a month, Plus at $385 and Premier at $550, or $200, $350 and $500 a month billed yearly. Extra office or sales users cost more, and crew users are free. We did not see a setup fee listed (checked 26 Oct 2026). Check their page for current prices.

How much does Lirevon cost?

Core is $497 a month plus $997 setup ($297 for the first 3 founding clients). Phone carrier fees are billed at cost. No long contract; cancel with 30 days' notice.

Is Lirevon a replacement for SingleOps?

No. SingleOps runs your jobs once you have them: estimates, scheduling, work orders and invoices. Lirevon works earlier, at the call and the lead, so fewer callers go to the next company. They solve different problems.

Can I use both?

Yes, they do different jobs. We have not built a direct connection to SingleOps, so a booked estimate from our lead inbox would be entered in SingleOps by your office. Their help docs also describe a client portal request form you can link from a website.

Does SingleOps text back missed calls?

We did not find missed-call text-back or call answering on its official site or help docs (checked 26 Oct 2026). Its help docs describe one-way texts tied to an existing job, such as arrival alerts and reminders. Ask their sales team to be sure.

Which one is cheaper?

SingleOps Essential has the lowest published monthly price at $220 a month, and no setup fee is listed. Lirevon Core is $497 a month plus setup. But you pay for different things: software you run, or a system a team sets up and watches.

Who is SingleOps a better fit for?

Owners whose main pain is paperwork and scheduling: writing estimates, routing crews, tracking work orders and getting invoices paid. If your phone is already answered well, start there.

Who is Lirevon a better fit for?

Owners of 1 to 5 crew companies who miss calls while the crew is working and want a team to set up the fix, plus a website and Google profile, instead of learning new software.

Do you have tree-service clients yet?

No. We are taking our first founding clients now, and our first case studies are planned for December 2026. We will not invent any.
