Google review request texts

Happy customers often forget to leave a review unless you ask. Fill in the boxes, paste your Google review link, and copy a short, polite text. Ask every customer the same way.

1. Fill in your details

Nothing you type leaves this page. Square brackets like [Your Google review link] mean a box above is still empty.

2. Copy the one you need

Please read

Texting rules, short version. Only text people who gave you their number and agreed to hear from you, for example a customer who called or texted you first or asked for a quote. Say who you are in every text. Offer a simple way out (reply STOP) and honor it right away. Do not text late at night. This is a short explanation, not legal advice. Check our texting rules guide and ask a lawyer if you are unsure.

Ask every customer the same way. Google does not allow paying for reviews or giving rewards for them, and asks businesses not to filter who gets asked.

Questions about review request texts

When is the best time to ask for a review?

Right after the job is done, while the customer is still pleased, and within the same day if you can. One gentle reminder a few days later is fine. Do not send more than that.

How do I get my Google review link?

Open your Google Business Profile and use the option to share your review form, or use our Google review link generator. Paste the link into the box above and it fills every text.

Can I offer a discount or gift for a review?

No. Google does not allow paying for reviews or giving rewards in exchange for them. Ask kindly and say thank you.

Should I only ask happy customers?

Ask everyone the same way. Google asks businesses not to filter who is invited to review. If a customer was unhappy, fix the problem first and ask them as you would anyone.

Do I need permission to text a customer?

Yes. Text people who gave you their number and agreed to hear from you, such as a customer who called, texted or booked online. See our texting rules guide. It is not legal advice.

What should I do about a bad review?

Reply politely, in public, and offer to fix the problem offline. Our review reply builder helps you write a calm answer. Never argue or reveal customer details.

Can this be sent automatically after each job?

Yes. A review request can go out by itself when you mark a job done. Lirevon sets up review requests as part of the Never-Miss-A-Job System. See our services and pricing pages.

Is anything I type here sent to Lirevon?

No. The page fills in the templates in your browser. Your answers are only kept in this browser on this device so the form is filled in next time. Clear your browser data to remove them.
