What is call recording?

Short answer

Call recording means saving the audio of phone calls so you can review them for training, quality and missed details.

call recording, explained for tree service owners

Call recording lets you listen back to what a customer said and how your team answered. A tree service can use it to check that addresses and tree details were written down right, to coach staff and to settle a disagreement about what was promised. Recording laws differ by state, and some require everyone on the call to agree, so tell callers at the start of the call, for example with a short recorded message. This is a short explanation, not legal advice, so check your state rules. Store recordings safely, keep them only as long as needed and limit who can listen.
