For tree service owners
How do I price tree work for a property management company?
Short answer
Price it the way you price any job, then add your time for extra paperwork, scheduling and slower payment. Property managers expect clear invoices and proof of insurance.

The longer answer
Property managers usually want reliable scheduling, clear written scopes and a certificate of insurance. Their work often comes in batches, with more steps and sometimes slower payment than a homeowner job.
Start with your cost per crew hour, add drive time and disposal, then add admin time for bids, paperwork and follow-up. Your numbers decide the price, so work them out first. Put payment terms in writing, including when invoices are due.
Show your certificate of insurance up front, and ask what the manager needs listed on it. Be ready for a request to be named as an additional insured.
This is general information, not legal or insurance advice. Have your agent or an attorney review contracts you are unsure about.
