What is Reactivation campaign?
Short answer
Reactivation campaign is a set of messages sent to past customers or old leads to invite them back for a new job, a trim or a seasonal check.
Reactivation campaign, explained for tree service owners
A reactivation campaign reaches out to people who used you before or asked for a quote but never booked. A short, friendly message can remind them you are available for a trim, a storm check or a stump they wanted removed last year. For a tree service, this is often some of the easiest work to win, because the customer already knows your name. Send it to a small list at a time, include a clear way to reply or book, and offer an easy opt-out. Stop contacting anyone who asks you to stop, keep messages honest and not pushy, and track how many replies turn into booked jobs.
