What is Booking rate?

Short answer

Booking rate is the share of leads or calls that end with a booked estimate or job, found by dividing bookings by total leads in the same period.

Booking rate, explained for tree service owners

Booking rate tells you how many people who reach out actually schedule an estimate or job. It sits between lead and close rate, because a caller might ask for a price but never pick a time. To find it, divide the number of bookings by the number of leads over the same week or month. If your booking rate is low, the cause may be slow replies, no easy way to book, or unclear pricing on your site. Track it by lead source so you can see which channels bring people who are ready to schedule.
