What is Speed to lead?

Short answer

Speed to lead is the practice of contacting a new lead as quickly as possible after they reach out, based on the idea that the first business to reply often wins the job.

Speed to lead, explained for tree service owners

Speed to lead is a simple idea: when a homeowner asks for help, the first company to respond has a better chance of getting the job. Tree work is often urgent, and people will contact several companies at once. You do not have to be at your phone all day. A quick automatic text, a clear way to book and a real follow-up soon after can all show a customer you are on it. Speed does not replace good service, but it gets you into the conversation.
