A job ticket, also called a work order, is the page the crew lead takes to the job. It says where to go, what work to do, what not to touch, the hazards to watch and the gear to bring. At the end of the day it records the time on site and what was finished.
It sits between the signed estimate and the invoice. The estimate tells the customer what they are paying for. The ticket tells the crew exactly what to do, so nobody has to call the office from the driveway.

Download CSV makes a spreadsheet file with three columns (section, field, value), one row per field. Tick boxes show as Yes or No. It opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. Download TXT makes a plain text copy you can paste into an email or a text. Both files are made inside your browser. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is sent to us.
It is a one-page work order for the crew. It lists the address, the work, what not to touch, the hazards, the gear and a short finish checklist. The crew lead keeps it on the job.
No. The signed estimate sets the price, the job ticket guides the work, and the invoice asks for payment. Keeping them apart stops crews from talking prices on site.
Some companies ask the customer to sign when the work is done, to show they walked the site. It is optional and it is not a contract. Short explanation, not legal advice.
Press "Print or save as PDF", pick "Save as PDF", then text or email the file. Or print it and leave it on the dash of the truck.
Start and finish times show how long the job really took. Compare them with the crew-hours on your estimate, and you will price the next similar job closer to the truth.
Write it in the notes and send a written price for it before the crew does it. That keeps the bill clear and avoids an argument at payment time.

The ticket reminds the crew to ask. Use our Google review link generator to make your direct review link and a short text the crew lead can send before leaving.
