What is Missed-call text-back?
Short answer
Missed-call text-back is a tool that automatically sends a text message to a caller whose call went unanswered, so the customer hears from the business within moments.
Missed-call text-back, explained for tree service owners
When a tree service misses a call, the customer usually does not leave a voicemail. They call the next company. A missed-call text-back sends a short text right away, such as asking what they need and offering a way to book, so the conversation starts while the customer is still looking. It works from your existing business number and does not need a new phone. The text should be honest, friendly and short, and should let the customer opt out. It is one of the simplest ways to protect leads on busy days.
