large language model (LLM), explained for tree service owners
A large language model, or LLM, is the technology behind many AI chat assistants and AI phone agents. It learned patterns in language from large amounts of text, so it can understand a question and write a useful reply. It is good at tasks like answering calls with a script, drafting a follow-up text or summarizing a long message. It can also make mistakes or sound sure about something wrong, so it should be given clear, true business details and limits. For a tree service, that means feeding it your services, areas, hours and rules, and sending anything unclear to a human. Treat it as a helper, not a boss.
