What is Booking link?
Short answer
Booking link is a web address that lets a customer pick a time for an estimate or job online, without calling. It can be sent by text or placed on a website.
Booking link, explained for tree service owners
A booking link lets a homeowner choose an open time for an estimate while they are still thinking about the problem tree. You can send it in a text after a missed call, add it to your website, or put it on your Google Business Profile. It saves phone tag, because the customer sees only the times you actually have free. In our October 2026 check of 4,108 tree company websites across all 50 states, 93% had no online booking. Many owners still take bookings only by phone, so a simple link can be a real advantage.
