What is Web lead?
Short answer
Web lead is a potential customer who contacts a business through its website, usually by a quote form, chat box or request button, instead of by phone.
Web lead, explained for tree service owners
A web lead is someone who finds your site and asks for help in writing. Many homeowners prefer this, especially at night or when they cannot talk. Forms should be short, work well on a phone and send you an alert right away, because a web lead waiting a day often goes elsewhere. Reply quickly, ideally by text or a call, and track which pages produce leads. A website that makes it easy to ask, call or book turns visitors into real conversations.
